2. Products
Our catalog includes magic and illusion products for professional and amateur use. Images on the site are indicative only; actual product details may vary slightly.
Many products include secrets or exclusive techniques. These items cannot be returned once opened or viewed. Likewise, digital products (e.g., videos or PDFs) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated and applied at checkout depending on the shipping destination and applicable tax regulations.
Payments can be made through the available methods on the site (e.g., credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).
4. Product Availability
Our website offers different availability options for products:
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country and local courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the chargeable weight (actual or volumetric) of the order. You will see the final shipping cost during checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, unless the product falls under an exception.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Opened or unsealed audiovisual products or software;
- Digital content delivered via download or streaming;
To exercise your right, send a written request to info@difatta.it including your order number. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
7. Warranty and Defects
All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty for defects in conformity for B2C customers, or 12 months for B2B unless otherwise stated.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Liability
DiFattaMagic S.R.L. is not liable for direct or indirect damage caused by improper use of purchased items. Some items may not be suitable for children; customers are responsible for verifying age-appropriate use.
9. Privacy

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court in Rome, Italy, unless otherwise provided by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country.
